Plein Sud 8 - compact 2 bedroom flat with amazing view!

A recently renovated 2 bedroomed apartment ideal for a family of 4 or 4 friends, bright and fresh! Located on the 1st floor, everything is designed to make you feel at home, whatever the season! The flat is next door to Plein Sud 7 (sleeping 4) which we also manage - if you are interested in booking 2 apartments. 

The contemporary kitchen is fully fitted and equipped, perfect for preparing your meals: large 18L fridge with freezer compartment, multifunction oven, microwave, induction hob, extractor fan, dishwasher. Of course, there's everything you need for a hearty breakfast: kettle, coffee maker (Senseo pods + filter), toaster. Raclette, fondue and multi-crêpe sets are also available for your dinners! 

The wood-panelled living room is the perfect place to relax and enjoy your meals, play the board games, read, listen to music with the Alexa connected speaker or watch your favourite programmes on the Smart TV (wifi + TNT Sat for French channels), snuggled up on the Italian-made sofa. This bright room has a French window with direct access to the balcony (shutters + blackout curtains). 

The master bedroom with views of the mountains has a comfortable new Emma bed (140 x 190 cm) with underbed storage box, bedside tables, reading lights, bed bridge for storing your belongings, coat hooks and mirrors . Shutters and blackout curtains add to the peace and quiet. The bathroom is bright and brand new, with a large walk-in shower, vanity unit with drawers, mirror with demister and LED lighting, towel rail and hairdryer. 

The second bedroom, with its pretty panoramic wallpaper, has bunk beds: 1 bed 120 x 190 cm below and 1 bed 90 x 190 cm above.  Each bed has its own bedside table and reading light. There is a cupboard to store your clothes (shelves + hangers) and a washing machine and drying rack.The room has a window with shutter and blind, a coat hook and a mirror.  There is a separate suspended WC. 

The 6 m² balcony is equipped with a 4-seater table, chairs and 2 sun loungers, as well as an awning to make the most of sunny days.The individual ski or bike room, on the same landing, is ideal for storing your skis, boots, sledges, bikes, etc. The garage can be used to park a car (max. door height 1.95 m) and/or store bikes. There is also a ski / bike locker (would fit max 4 bikes - see annotated photo). 

 The apartment is situated in Plein Sud, a small apartment building, at 1255 Route d'Avoriaz.#

Please note: There is a Damage Deposit of 300 Eur payable in advance by credit card or bank transfer. This can also be paid in cash on arrival on request. In winter (14 Dec - 22 April) the end of stay is included in the rate. For all the rest of the year, when rates are very much lower we charge a cleaning fee of 50 Eur payable on arrival. This simply covers the wages of the cleaning team.
