Lucioles -5 bedrooms, hot tub + hammam, 50m from Pleney lift

Chalet Lucioles has an amazing location right in the centre of Morzine, just 50m from the Pleney lift and our ski hire partner, but also in the midst of all the town facilities, while being located on a side lane. It has a private garage for parking and plenty of bike storage space, but no need to for a car here as you can walk to everything!  

The accommodation is spread out over three levels. The wide entrance hall leads past the laundry room, and off one side is a shower and separate WC, and to the other side is a family room (king bed plus bunk beds, and the king beds can be separated into singles). There's a ensuite shower room with WC. On this level is also the relaxing Hamman (steam room).  

Up the stairs is the spacious living area with comfortable sofas and a woodburning fireplace with safety glass, with sliding doors out onto the patio, where you can enjoy the 6-person hot tub, or dine alfresco on sunny days! The dining area and kitchen are open plan; the kitchen is extremely well equipped and ideal for catering. There's a balcony which runs along the kitchen / dining area too. 

From the alcove next to the upstairs door (accessed via an outside staircase), is a staircase leading up to the third floor, where you'll find two twin / king ensuite bedrooms, and a suite of king / twin room and single / twin room with shower room and WC (the second bed is a pull-out "lit gigogne"). All in, the chalet can sleep 12 people, or max 10 with 2 per bedroom. There's also a large garage with high-top electric roller shutter (perfect for high vehicles) which can easily take a car or van, with plenty of room for bikes too.

There is a washer and dryer in the laundry room, however please note that this laundry room is also used by our housekeeping team and may be temporarily unavailable at times.  Please note all bedrooms can be made up with single beds, and 3 bedrooms can have king beds.

Chalet Lucioles is set on a narrow side lane off the Route du Téléphérique. It's a 2 minute walk to the Pleney lifts, and you can eat out at great restaurants such as the Etale, le Colibri and La Grange at the end of the lane. Our ski hire partner, FB Freeride, is situated 50m from the chalet. If driving, you can park in the chalet garage and then leave your car alone for the week! If you'd like to catch any of the local free ski buses to Les Prodains or Nyon, you can do so at the bus stop which you can see from the chalet balcony - 1 minute's walk. The nearest supermarket (Spar) is 3 minutes' walk.

Linen and 2 towels per person are included in all our rental rates, linen is changed weekly. For the winter ski season, end of stay cleaning is included in the rate. For all dates outside of the winter season, end of stay cleaning is charged for extra, and is €160 payable locally.

Chalet Lucioles is available for bookings for the interseason (mid April to early June, and in the autumn) at a lower rate but the hot tub and hammam are not included.
