Chalende 30 is a lovely family home, situated on the 2nd floor of a high-standard Residence only 80m from the Pleney slopes . The apartment sleeps up to 7 in three bedrooms, and has a vast amount of living space and great views on both sides. 

The lounge features a glass-fronted fireplace and high ceiling with velux window. There’s a sunny front balcony looking up to the ski mountain of Nyon, an L' shaped sofa and a second sofa, and a TV / DVD with Freeview UK channels. The kitchen is well placed between the lounge and the dining space, and is equipped with dishwasher, large fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine, microwave, full size electric oven, and glass hob. The oval dining table can easily seat 8, and there’s a glass-fronted “loggia” too, giving views over towards the Taille du Mas de Pleney restaurant street. 

A corridor leads off to the "bedroom wing": firstly a double room, then a queen bedroom, each with built-in cupboards, and a bunk bedroom with triple bunkbed (made bespoke for this bedroom as it has a high ceiling, and is very solid and safe with two fixed ladders). There’s a bathroom with bath, overhead shower and handbasin, a separate WC / handbasin, and a shower room with WC and handbasin. The apartment has low-level under floor heating plus electric radiators in all rooms, and plentiful hot water. There’s an underground garage NB. suitable for a car max 1m90 high, and a separate ski locker too. There is 110m² of space in the apartment. The apartment is completely suitable for wheelchair users.

Chalende is right in the centre of town, and you can walk to everything - no need to have a car especially in the winter. The lifts are at the top of the road; the Tourist Office square is behind the building, and there are several bars and restaurants within 2-5 minutes walk from the front door. 

WHAT'S INCLUDED: Winter ski season (Dec 16 - April 15): bedlinen, towels and end of stay cleaning are included. For all peak season weeks there is a minimum 7-night stay, Saturday - Saturday. The Rest of the year: (April 15 - Dec 16): bedlinen and towels are included. End of stay cleaning is payable locally and costs €80. There is a Damage Deposit of €300 / £300 to pay ON ARRIVAL (this is increased to €500 for mountain biking groups). The Damage Deposit is refunded on your departure as long as we are able to check the apartment properly prior to your departure, if not then it will be refunded by bank transfer within 1 week. Smoking is not permitted inside this apartment, nor on the balcony (it makes the apartment smell of smoke too).

If you are driving yourselves to Morzine, please tick this section on the booking form that we will send you, and we will send you a map and detailed driving directions together with your Booking Confirmation, 8 weeks prior to your arrival (or immediately if your booking is less than 8 weeks away).

If you are flying to Geneva or travelling by train to Geneva, Cluses or Thonon, we are able to arrange transport to Morzine for you. (From Geneva airport you can choose between a shared or a private transfer, and from the train stations you can only book a private minibus transfer or taxi). Please indicate on the booking form if you would like a quote for transport (together with your plane / train arrival and departure times if you have them already).
